You will need to enter your information and upload your manuscript/document in a form. You must specify whether you want our standard service (regular delivery) or our express service (expedited delivery).
Afterwards, we will send you a secure payment link and instructions on how to pay via PayPal. Other methods of payment are also available. If you prefer other means of payment, reply to our email and ask for different ways to pay.
Along with the payment link, you will receive a signed confidentiality statement. The form acknowledges that Scientific Editing does not own the intellectual property of the received document and explains our commitment to keeping your data secure.
After your payment, we choose the right editor from our in-house editors. If we do not have an expert in your field, we will contact our collaborating editors to find the right editor for your manuscript. Depending on the service you have selected, you will receive your document edited within the time frame.
Confidentiality
When you upload a document on our website, we treat it with great care. All documents are dealt with confidentially. We have special guidelines to which all employees and editors of Scientific Editing must abide.
Prohibited to Send to Third Parties or Publish
Documents you upload are never shared with third parties, nor are they published. Also, we will never use your document for commercial purposes.
Pledge of Secrecy
All our employees and editors are obligated to maintain confidentiality with regard to the content and form of all documents.
Obligation to Delete
Editors are obligated to delete your document after they have edited it.

All documents are uploaded to Scientific Editing via a secure connection. The green lock in your address bar indicates the upload is safe.

We agree not to process such information to sub-processors (Sub-contractor), unless prior written consent is sought from the Controller, and in the event where general consent has been given by the Controller, we shall inform the Controller of any new sub-processor. We shall have the same contractual obligations reflected with the sub-processors as agreed with the Controller and assume complete responsibility for the actions and inactions of such sub-processors. Upon written request from the Controller, we agree to delete or return all the Personal Information or data to the Controller after the end of the provision of services relating to processing, unless there is a legal obligation or basis for us to retain a copy of such information. or data for further processing. The information or data collected through the Controller will be stored outside the European Economic Area on our third-party hosting provider’s servers. In addition to implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure an appropriate level of security, we shall make available to the Controller all information necessary to demonstrate compliance with our obligations, and allow the Controller or another auditor appointed by the Controller for conducting audits, including inspections, to demonstrate that processing meets the requirements of the Regulation, and ensure the protection of your rights.
- SCIENTIFIC EDITING does not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not submit any Personal Information through our Websites or Service(s). We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Information through our Service(s) or Websites without their permission.
